All eyes on the skies MRP point season to start April 7 By Bob Burbach Marysville CA - March 22, 2012 --- It was all up to Mother Nature. Marysville Raceway Park was ready. The loyal fans and participants were ready. 3 title defenses were prepared to go among the 4 divisions scheduled. Champions Misty Castleberry, Cory Hall and Tim Maclaughlin were supposed to be in the house on Saturday. The wild Wingless Warriors were ready. But, a dismal forecast and relentless rain this week have come out on top again. MRP will be dark again Saturday night. Watch for opening night on April 7 when the mighty winged 360 Sprinters will headline the program. The BCRA Midgets, Super Stocks and Hobby Stocks will also be on the program. More later.
